Well London is starting to get a bit cooler, but I daren't complain about the cold ever, because I know it's only going to get so so so much worse. Which is why I grabbed this last chance to wear a singlet top...will probably not happen again for a while!
London adventures are continuing: I still job hunt in vain. Seriously if anyone would like to employ me, please do. In the meantime, I'm working in a great little cafe and spending all my money on my Oyster card. Enjoying pub lunches in Richmond, staring at the Thames as it flows by in the soft autumn light. Over-using the word quaint for all sorts of things - bridges over fern-shadowed rivers, antique stores, picket fences and community gardens. Living London Fashion Week through Twitter. Missing home, especially special September birthdays. Reading Sylvia Plath's The Belljar for the first time and feeling like I've been given a gift.
Watching Bright Star. Again and again.
Listening to The Hampdens.
